Steve Karl - Retired from American Express
Company in 2006 after 21 years, Steve was a Senior Vice President
and member of the company’sGlobal Management Team (top
40 leaders of the company.) Steve’s experience
includes both staff and line operations. While his customer-facing
functions include various roles running the largest call center
in the company, supporting the US Consumer and Commercial card
products, Steve's last 10 years at American Express focused
specificially towards Information Technology. Steve
graduated from Seton Hall University’s Paul W. Stillman
School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. |

Brooks Betz - Brooks is a IT professional
with experience at some of the most successful financial services
firms on Wall Street. Brooks has great experience developing
Quality and software quality delivery programs for corporations,
project managing complex initiatives and developing strategies
where leverage of outsourcing plays a role. Before working
with Performance Ridge, Brooks worked at Morgan Stanley, JP
Morgan, and Deutsche Bank. Prior to his career in Information
Technology, Brooks spent years on the business/client-side
for a number of financial institutions including Bankers Trust
Company, Chase Manhattan Bank, and NYFX. Brooks graduated from
Bryant University (Rhode Island) in 1984 with a Bachelor of
Science degree in Management and Finance. |

Susan Anderson - is a recognized top performing
Program Manager , with extensive experience leading large and
complex projects. Sue is certified in Project Management
by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and received a Master
Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University
in 2006. The last 9 years of Sue’s career has been spent
applying her experience in support of American Express Company
goals related to technology leverage on a global basis, both
as a consultant as well as in the capacity of a leader at American
Express. |

Thomas Dugan - Tom joined Performance Ridge
Consulting after a 30 year career with American Express. Tom’s
responsibilities and experience are broad-ranging across the
Information Technology business. Tom was responsible
for the creation of technical and delivery strategies for mainframe,
storage and help desk; management of multi-vendor strategy
for service delivery (IBM and EMC) including negotiating the
outsourcing agreements for Mid-Range Tiered storage Services
with EMC Corporation in 2005 generating savings in excess of
$60 million while managing project budgets in excess of $450
million. Tom earned his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of
Science in Computer Information Systems (CIS), from Arizona
State University. |
