There are two ways that you'll be able to get your email.

Web Mail

First method is via web access - Simply Click Here

• Enter your email address (firstname.lastname@performanceridge.com)
• Enter Your Password (your default password is password)
• Make sure you change your password after you login the first time.

PC and Laptop email configurations:

• To work with programs such as Microsoft Outlook and other dedicated eMail programs, there area complete insturctions and configurations for setting up your email account. Click Here
• Also recommended is to add the following settings so your local account and your web account save emails. Click Here to see an example.

eMail Signatures:

• Please make sure everyone is consistant with a eMail Signature at the bottom of your eMail that automatically adds when sending eMails.
• An attached word document is there to configure for your eMail client. See example.

eMail Carbon Copies:

If you'd like to have your PRC emails automatically sent to another email account, that can also be arranged (I've already set this up to cc to the email accounts Steve provided. If they are different, ust provide your administor the appropriate email address.

Auto Reply:

Also, if you'd like to have an auto-reply response set with your account for whenever an email is sent to your performanceridge.com account, that can be set up as well.
